Cronbach's alpha

Post by angiecgpb »

I'm getting adequate to excellent reliability (Cronbach's alpha) for one of my measures in SPSS (alpha range .74-.90). When I run the model in Smart PLS, I'm getting negative values for this measures' Cronbach's alpha. Could there be a reason for this or is this an error on my part?

Thanks in advance,
Angela
