Calculate VIF for endogenous variables

Calculate VIF for endogenous variables

I already checked my outer model for multicollinearity and used SPSS to get the VIFs for the different indicators.

For checking my endogenous variables for multicollinearity in the inner model I have no idea what is to do. How can I calculate the VIF for the endogenous variables? Can´t do it with SPSS as well?!
