I want to analyze a model that there are a first and second order formative constructs. Such that, There are 4 formative latent variables and their indexes as first order measurement model and then a general formative latent variable as second order. Indeed, the bigger one has no indicator and is formed by the other 4 formative latent variables.
I would appreciate if you can help on analyzing this model with Smartpls if it is applicable. Otherwise, please let me know that what program is suitable for this purpose.
