is anybody aware of papers that deal with control variables in PLS PM? I am particularly interested in papers that deal explicitely with formative multi item constructs as control variables.
Example:
I have a set of formative dummy variables and want to assess their effect on a endogeneous construct. I could either assign one dummy after the other to a construct and use this construct as contol variable (ending up with several models, one for each dummy) or I could assign all dummies (except one of course) to a construct and use this multi-item construct as control (having then only one model).
