Issue with licence switch

Hello,

I downloaded the student version of SmartPLS some time ago. Now i tried to switch to the 30 days free trial. I just got the error that the licence was used for another computer system or something like that. I tried to install SmartPLS on a different compututer but there I just got the error: Licence has expired.
Can anyone help? I really need SmartPLS for my master thesis.
