Where to find R-Square in FIMIX??

Post by darrenroback »

I am running the FIMIX algorithm to test for heterogeneity in the dataset, but I cannot find the resulting R-Square for each group in the default or HTML report. Can anyone point me in the right direction??

Computing R2 in FIMIX-PLS

R² is the amount of explained variance, the variance represents the unexplained variance in FIMIX-PLS results. Thus, one minus the FIMIX-PLS variance should approximately provide you with the explained amount of variance.
