Where do I find latent variable scores in SmartPLS 3?

Hello,

could anyone please help and explain, where I can find the scores of my latent variables? I had a look at the report. There is a point called "Latent variable". However, what I get, when I click on it, is a list that provides various values for each of my latent variables. How do I interpret the list?

I ask, because I want to model a three-way-interaction and, therefore, need to calculate the interaction-terms outside SmartPLS. However, to do this, I need the latent variable scores.

Thank so much,

Christian

When you click on "Latent Variables" you will get the latent variables scores. These "various values" for your latent variables are the scores you are looking for. It is a value for each observation/repsondent in your dataset.

SmartPLS 2 used to provide unstandardized latent variable scores. Can I find them under PLS 3?

Yes, in the IPMA algorithm.

Thank you very much. I was searching currently in the forum for an answer and I found that you already addressed my question two years ago.
