In the basic PLS algorithm, constructs are always standardized, which means that they have a variance of 1 and zero mean.
The IPMA provides unstandardized construct scores. You can calculate the standard deviation of those scores, if you like.

I don't know how you calculated those values, but as I said, you should use the unstandardized latent variable scores from the IPMA method.
