Testing second order with 3 indicators of each 2 abstract

How can I test a second order model with 3 indicators of each 2 abstract dmensions, and the relationships are formatif.
I want to ask: how can I test a second order model with formatif relationship with 6 indicators 2 abstracts dimension and 2 variables. The measurement scales of all objects are interval.
