i even went through manual activation process but it didn't worked either. i got the same error. :(((

I installed the software about two weeks ago but did not enter the license.When I wanted to do this, I asked for the license to be sent to me again.When I entered, he said that the license was invalid. I may have had trouble not getting a license at the time of installation So I got a new free 30-day trial with another email But again, I got an invalid license error. I got an error again by entering the license manually.When IT was guiding me to get a license from the site, I couldn't get a license there either.Can you help me? thanks.

Billed with wrong E-mail ID
I have billed for the activation key with the wrong e-mail id. Please help me to give the solution. I have emailed to support@smartpls.com but didn't get a reply. I need it urgently to defend my Ph.D.

I am a new user and just downloaded Smart PLS for the very first time while activating license I got error "License expired", tried manual activation but doesn't works.
Kindly advise the course of action.
