Data metric alternative
Dear all,
I have a question about the Data metric alternative and the Index Values/Results vs. the PLS/Calculation Results. If Original scale is chosen for the data metric alternative, then why do the values differ between the Index Values/Results and the PLS/Calculation Results?
Best
Marcus

Dear Kenneth,
you can find the results in the index value section, at the beginning of the results report.
Cheers,
Christian

Index Value Path Coefficients
I have a question about the index value path coefficients as well. I understand how the index values are created for the latent constructs but have noticed that the resulting path coefficients are different from the unstandardized and the index value solutions. My assumption is that this is due to differences in the latent variable scores in the unstandardized versus index value calculation. Therefore, when the final path analysis is run, the index value coefficients would differ to some degree as well. Is this a correct interpretation?
