G'day fellow researchers,
I am doing a project researching the relationship between employee behaviour and customer perception.
My model has constructs based on employee responses and constructs based on customer responses, i.e. the samples are independent.
Can this be modeled in PLS?

Hi,
No.
I did not find some suggestion, even with other technique.
If the samples are independent, how could we test relations between variables of each dataset?
Best regards,
Bido
