Dear Moderators
I have run the model in SmartPLS and read the FAQ top Posted: Mon Oct 15, 2012 3:44 am Post subject: What is 'redundancy' in quality criteria?
Sarjana Hengky Latan
However, SmartPLS default report PLS-Quality Criteria-Overview shows a negative redudancy for one of the constructs. I have pasted the table below, althought it has lost indentation.
Please suggest how do I gather the correct value for the construct PI below.
Thank you
Mona

Hi
Can't be... If you mean this value, "-0.0004", consider it as being zero (the negative outcome is a results roundings). Otherwise, manually compute the redundancy for your results and send me the Excel spreadsheet so that I can have look.
Best regards,
Christian Ringle
