Hello!

It's pleasant to use smartPLS, but I've had some problem in testing moderating effect, as the item 'Creating Moderating Effect' is always grey when I clicked the right button on the variable. Would you please tell me what steps I need in order to test moderating effect?

Hi Tessie,

If you have two-ways interaction, select endogenous variable, right click and choose moderation function. Next, select predictor and moderator variable, click OK.
