Moderation and higher order constructs

Hello,
I have a higher order construct in my SEM, therefore I apply the two-stage approach for my SEM.
I would like to integrate a moderator (LOC) into my model. However, I am wondering how to apply the two-stage approach to validate my higher order construct and evaluate the effect of the moderator. Can anybody help?
