Question about SmartPLS SEM

Hi everyone,

I am trying to run SEM on SmartPLS but am encountering a problem and need your help.

I have 4 concepts, each with 3 to 5 variables. For each concept, I create a latent variable that links each construct (image below).

When I run the PLS-SEM or Bootstrapping algorithm, every path coefficient between the latent variables approaches zero, so there is no impact at all. The constructs impact the latent variable, but each latent variable has no impact on the others.

Could someone who understands whether I am using the wrong algorithm or if I built the model incorrectly help me resolve this issue?
