Hello,
Please, I have a question related to VIF values in the inner model: each latent variable has the same VIF values with the rest of the latent variables. However, all values are below 3, is this a problem?

If you have the same variables in the regression for the outcome (dependent/endogenous) construct, you will get the same VIF values. Only if you have different predictors/regressors you will get different VIF.
VIF are overall very low, so this shows no problems with collinearity.
