How to solve the NaN error?

How to solve the NaN error?

All the data that I import in SmartPLS are correctly supported by the program except for one of the items.
I don't understand how, having the same format as the others, I get the NaN error.
I don't know what it means and how I can fix it.

Please, I hope someone can help me with this problem.
