Conducting PCA before PLS-SEM
Can I perform Principal component analysis (PCA) on SPSS to investigate the factor structure of each construct separately and use these factor structurs to conduct PLS-SEM on SmartPls? (all first and second order constructs are reflective).

Yes, given that SmartPLS does not enable the assessment of factor structure via EFA, SPSS (Principal component method) can be used. Also, given that SPSS does not enable the confirmation of factor structure via assessment of CFA, SmartPLS SEM comes to the rescue.
