The import process is incorrect

Could you please explain the reason why the import is not functioning correctly? I am encountering the following issue:

Line 2: The line has 151 columns instead of the expected 149.

This problem persists for a total of 12 lines.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I have searched for a solution but have been unable to find a suitable answer thus far.
