Unsuccessful exporting of model image

I have a large model, at least graphically. I run the bootstrap PLS_SEM and it runs fine, but when I attempt to export the image to either the clipboard or file I get the message "Image export not successful. Unfortunately the export did not work due to technical problems. please contact SmartPLS support". Do I need to increase memory or something like that?
