Came across a paper "When predictors of outcomes are necessary: guidelines for the combined use of PLS-SEM and NCA" by Nicole Franziska Richter, Sandra Schubring, Sven Hauff, Christian M. Ringle, Marko Sarstedt.

I have read the abstract only. This technique seems to be very important for research in social sciences.
Can we conduct this analysis using SmartPLS? If yes, how?
Keen to learn.

Re: Necessary Condition Analysis
Dear mam
This is possible in PLS4.
First we transfer the latent scores of the PLS to a separate data file.
Then we go to the regression computation where NCA Option becomes active.
This latent score data file will be used in doing our NCA in building our NCA model.
To test significance we go to NCA permutation.
Hope this helps
