If you use Case Wise Replacement the cases that have missing values will not be used in the analysis. You therefore lose a lot of information. The option could/should be called case wise deletion.
Mean replacement might also produce some erroneous results.
You can use som other software for dealing with missing values and import a dataset without missing values to Smart PLS. Different softwares have imputation applications, that can yield better results.
