Measurement Invariance (PLS MGA)

I will be most grateful if someone can help me with this question. The literature suggests that one should examine measurement invariance when conducting multi-group analysis. With Amos, one can get the software to do it. In conducting PLS MGA, please how do I check for measurement invariance? I'm using Smart PLS.

I think u can check the factor loadings across the groups. There should not be much variation in them
