Hello everyone,
I am very new to SmartPLS and I would like to know how does this software deal with missing data? What does the casewise replacement do exactly?
Thanks
Alka

Hi Alka,
Casewise replacement is really ceswise deletion. If you choose this option, and one of your cases has a missing value, that case will be left out of the calculation.
Mean replacement simply replaces missing values with the variable mean.
If you want to deal with missing values in more sophisticated manners you can do this in other programs, e.g. SPSS, before you import the data to SmartPLS.

Kristian
