T-value

I would like to ask about the t-value. Some of the paths in my model have t-value 1.61 , 1.78, 1.92. I know that the t-value should be higher than 1.97. My sample size is 125. Do these t-values mean that my model is wrong and it couldn't be used? Is there any way to increase the t-value?
