Hi,
I am using SmartPLS for path analysis. In my model, the direct relationship between IGF with EO is significant (See Figure 1). When I make an interaction term and moderate ISI between IGF and EO, IGF path turns insignificant and interaction term comes out to be significant (See Figure 2). Does this mean that there is a significant interaction/ moderation of ISI? If yes, how should I interpret the path of IGF to EO which is insignificant after moderation?
Note: I am using the product indicator approach in moderation.

You find a chapter on moderation in PLS-SEM and the results interpretation here: https://www.smartpls.com/documentation/ ... s-sem-book
The book usually is available in university libraries.
