I don't know how many of you have used PLS Graph before. I have a file with > 12000 cases and PLS Graph can not process it (internal error message). So I split it into smaller files and it works fine with file sizes around 1400 cases, so I know it's not the data (the small files give different statistics though). Does anyone know about file size with PLS Graph, or how to change it?
