Indicating Significance

Post by stefanbehrens »

It may seem trivial, but I'd really love to see automatic significance indicators for paths and indicators (the little "*", "**" and "***" seen in journal articles) in the model graphic after a bootstrapping run.

At the moment you have to go into the bootstrapping report and look up the t-values in a table.

Hi,

i´ll put that on our todo-list, but with low priority.

Thinking about it, I would actually prefer to see the t-values underneath each path coefficient rather than stars. Example:

(LV 1)
|
|
| 0.456
| (9.453)
|
v
(LV 2)

Cheers,
Stefan

We are planning to display the "significance level" by default.

But in SmartPLS you are able to configure the result types that should be displayed in the graphical model. So if you decide to display the T-values - that will be possible, too!
