Hi,

Is there any model fit measure in the PLS model? Or how to assess the model fit ie CFI, RMSEA, chi-square..

Thank you.

Nope, but there are other ways to assess convergent/discriminant validity via construct reliability, alphas, AVEs, square root of AVEs compared to correlations, cross-loadings, etc.

Here's a good example of PLS measurement model validation I was reading today:

Komiak and Benbasat, 2006, The effects of personalization and familiarity on trust and adoption of recommendation agents, MIS Quarterly, 30, 4.

Forthermore you can find a good overview about evaluation of PLS Path Model results in Henseler/Ringle/Sinkovics (2009): The Use of Partial Least Squares in International Marketing, pp. 298-310.
