Mediating Second-Order Construct

Dear All, can anybody advise me if there is anything out of ordinary that I should be careful about when dealing in SmartPLS with a mediating construct that is also second ordered? Should I for example be drawing arcs to the constructs defining the second-order construct or just directly? Thanks in advance.
