Dear SmartPLSer,
I am wondering if anybody can help me out.
I am running a PLS Model (Technology Acceptance Model for App use) which should explain me the actual usage behaviour in terms of frequency.
Frequency was coded with 0 = Never, 1 = Less than once a week, 2 = Once a week...and so on.
However, I would like to do a Multigroup-Analysis between User and Non-User.
I've already read in this forum that dividing my group in User and Non-User is not possible as the variance in the frequency of the non-user is obviously 1 because the frequency of non-user have all the value of 0.
Does anybody has an idea how to solve this?
Thank you very much.

The only possible option is to exclude the variable from your group model. This should not be a problem because you already control for the variable by grouping your data.
