I am using Smart PLS for the first time and i don't 100% know which values i have to use, sorry maybe easy questions for professionals but i have no experience with this!
Q1: For my outer model (contains five reflective constructs) I used Psa and Csv Index to asses the measurement validity. ( Card-sorting pretest). Is that also ok for reflective variables and do i need any Values in addition to these two values?
Q2: To test my hypotheses, i used bootstrapping mode since the sample size was quite small. I take the t-values and in addition to that the p- values. Are these values enough to reject or confirm the hypotheses? If not which values do i need and where do i find them in Smart ps report?
