hi, ı am using smart PLS 3. my research model have 4 variable IV, DV, M1 and M2.
IV: team culture
DV: innovative behaviour
M1: knowledge externalization
M2: knowledge socialization
for which variables include and exclude R² technique must be used . or is only R² value enough? or is only PLS output f² and Q² values must be used? . please help. best regards. have a good work.
