Can't obtain the license file

Hi please help,
It always says 403 Forbidden. I've tried on Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome. I am running with Windows 10

You are probably entering the license key on the web page, which is wrong. Please follow the procedure below:

1. Enter your license key in SmartPLS
2. If SmartPLS displays errors, click on "manual activation procedure" in the same dialog
3. In the following screen enter your key again
4. Open
5. Select the input box on that website and hit CTRL+V or use the context menu to paste your clipboard content
6. Hit "Get License File" button
7. A file should be offered for download -> save it to a local folder
8. Go back to the SmartPLS screen and press the "select the file" link
9. Choose the file that you downloaded

In step 5 a more cryptic String should be pasted - not your originial license key.
