MICOM Type of Correlation

Post by markus.kattenbeck »

Good afternoon,

in interpreting the results of step 2 in MICOM I do not know which type of correlation is reported here.

Is this an ICC-like correlation?

Thank you for your help!

Kind regards,
Markus

It is the correlation between composites constructed with the weights of group 1 and group2. You will find more information on this in the respective publications:

Henseler, J., C. M. Ringle, C.M. and M. Sarstedt (2016). Examining the measurement invariance of composite models using variance-based structural equation modeling. International Marketing Review, 33(3), 405-431.
Schlägel, C. and M. Sarstedt (2016). Assessing the measurement invariance of the four-dimensional cultural intelligence scale across countries: A composite model approach, European Management Journal, 34(6), 633–649.
