What happens when we have various scales of Likert for variables in a model?
For example, variable 1 has 3 categories, variable 2 has 4 categories, and variable 5 has 10 categories. How can we analyze all together?

You want to use metric or quasi-metric (eg. interval scale) variables as indicators in the model.
You could use categorical variables as moderators or as grouping variables for a multi-group analysis.
