As many scholars here, I have coped the issue of having to assess whether two parameter estimates that are derived from the same sample are statistically different. I would like to recommend for the SmartPLS community the following open-access paper where a nice solution is delivered:

I guess an excel sheet is available upon request to the authors since the first author gave me one. I hope this entry can be useful for the SmartPLS forum.

As you said, despite the fact that nothing is pointed out into the paper's wording, a couple of excel sheets are available upon request to the authors.
