Error Messgae when running Bootstrap

Hi,

I am new to SmartPLS and I am attempting to run bootstrapping, but received this error:

A singular matrix occurred during the estimation of the outer weights of a block. Using more indicators could solve the problem.

Does anyone know how to deal with this problem? All my constructs have the appropriate number of indicators and they are not sharing any indicators.

Hi Renee,

Probably, during bootstrap procedure, two indicators (in one sample) are correlated completely (r=1).
