i use repeated indicator approach for my second order model.
1). if i want to delete a few indicators in my first order, what the effect for my second order LV.
2). what should i do, i also delete the same indicators on my second order LV or i should ignore the indicators that on my second order LV.
3). how i could calculate my second order LV
