Interaction terms: Reflective x Observable variable

Dear all,

I've read a lot about how to test 2-way interaction effects when both constructs are either reflective or formative. However, in my case I would like to test an interaction effect between a reflective construct and a observable/measured variable. How do I enter this into PLS?

Hi Veroniek,
in the same way, for example:
LV1 --> X1, X2, X3, X4
LV2 --> X5
Interaction term LV --> X1*X5, X2*X5, X3*X5, X4*X5 (automated in SmartPLS).
