Can you please tell me how to obtain the model fit statistics such as Goodness of Fit index, AGFI, etc.

you cannot obtain such model fits statistics because they are not used (inappropriate) for PLS path modeling. Please check the follwing references for evaluating PLS models

I couldn't believe how quickly you replied! And at 3.30pm on a Sunday afternoon!! Your help is much appreciated!
I believe that Wynne Chin does provide some goodness of fit statistics in his version, but they are calculated from the AVE scores and Rsquare. I am following up on that. I don't think that a benchmark exists for those scores though.
