When I try case wise deletion on a set with 20109 records (of which properly 10k will be deleted due to missing values) nothing happens when I press "start calculation" only the window name changes to "Calculation [Running]" but nothing is written as output. Mean replacement mode works fine.
the problem also exists if I remove all but 237 records from the file. Is this issue known?
Using: smartPLS 3.1.5 on Windows 8.1 64 bit with the "professsional license"

Hmmh,
interesting. Things work fine on my system. Could you export your project and send it to us. I suppose an issue with the data format. We may find a way to avoid such problems.
