difficulties moving indicators on latent variable

I have started using Smart PLS and I fail to drag and move the indicators on latent variables

the indicators show the ! mark

I think your data set not successful import -> red colour.

i am using the ecsi data provided by the software owners for practice

its very easy indeed !
All I am asking is if there s something wrong with the software settings

For me, moving the whole smartpls folder with all subfolders to the C:\ drive did the trick.
I had at unzipped smartpls to another drive first and encountered the same problem e.g. indicators could not be dragged and dropped onto the variables.
Hope this helps someone sometime, it took me quite some time to figure this out ;-)
