Endogenous observed variable

Post by gettu »

Dear all,

I have an observed endogenous variable (i.e. performance as measured by average sales per worker). So i am confused how should i model this observed "Performance"variable. Should it be a formative construct with a single indicator or a reflective construct with a single indicator?

Thanks in advance.

If it is only single item then does not really matter formative or reflective. Regards,
