Moderated mediation?

Can someone help me please...

I have a nice significant mediation model with a mediator conceptualized as a formative construct. My hypothesis is that tenure influences this model such that the model will work best at people with higher tenure than do people with lower tenure. My questions are: using tenure as the moderator in the mediation model, can I say that I am having a moderated mediation model? How to draw that kind of model and how to use SmartPLS to analyze it?
