Only one measure/item for one Mideator

Needs your valuable thoughts for the following:

* I have two moderator and one mediators in my research model and the one moderator have only one item/measures. Is it okay to analyses if I have only one question for that construct?

Yes. Not problem. But you can not evaluation outer model.
Check Diamantopoulos et al., (2012) Single-items and Multiple items measures.
