Consistent pls or pls

I needed urgent advise on my model whether to use PLSc or Pls. My model consists of reflective constructs out of which one of the endogenous constuct is reflective -reflective second order construct (i am using two stage approach considered appropriate for endogenous variables). I was getting good results using pls algorithm where as in case of plsc the AVE in many cases below 0.5. Can i continue to use pls algorithm?

PLS is just fine:
