Hello,
I wonder how I can get confidence intervals (CI) for both my path coefficients and my LV. Is it possible to get the CI for the path coefficients just by taking the 975:th and 25:th value from a sorted bootstrap sequence of a 1000:nd runs (for a 95% CI) or should I use the formula; path coeff=+-1.96*SEboot?
Is it necessary to calculate CI for the indicators in order to get CI for the LV?
Cheers
/Marcus

Hi,
yes, you may use the distribution from the bootstrap samples to obtain CIs. These CIs, however, tend to be too narrow, because they are not bias-corrected [1].
Best,
Joachim
