I have both continuous & categorical variables. How to control those variables?
I have read the relevant posts, and found that the control variable can be included in the model as an independent variable. Is this true?
For categorical variables, it was suggested to use other softwares to regress the outcomes on the categorical variable, save the residuals, and then feed those into SmartPLS. I don't quite understand this? Do you have any reference for me to read.
